OVERNIGHT “S’MOATS” BREAKFAST FUEL

 Tony Stark never misses a meal, and neither should you!

This overnight oat’s recipe features Marvel Iron Man inspired High Flying S’more’s flavored 100% Whey Protein. Why oats? They’re nutritious of course! Gotta look out for the Avenger Legend himself! Little prep, BIG flavor, and nutrients that’ll help get you through your workout, or work-day!

INGREDIENTS:

1 scoop of GNC Pro Performance High-Flying S’mores 100% Whey Protein Powder
½ cup rolled oats
½ cup skim milk (or milk substitute of your choice)
Dash of ground cinnamon (optional)
Top with fresh fruit (optional) – we hear Tony Stark has a thing for strawberries…

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Find a glass jar, cup or bowl that can hold at least 12oz – a mason jar with a lid works great!
2. Add protein powder, ½ cup of skim milk (or milk of choice), ½ cup rolled oats, and a dash of cinnamon.
3. Place lid on top of jar and shake vigorously (or stir) until all ingredients are incorporated.
4. Cover and let sit overnight.
5. And when you’re read to eat, stir and top with fresh fruit.
6. Enjoy!
