Special After Hour Events Saturday, July 3, plus Extended Hours Friday, Sunday & Monday

Hawaiian Falls in Mansfield has big plans for the Independence Day holiday weekend. The waterpark will participate in the city’s holiday celebration, and offer extended hours for the holiday weekend.

“The holiday weekend is the perfect time to gather friends and family and visit one of our waterparks,” said Ryan Forson, Managing Director of Hawaiian Falls. “No matter the age, everyone in the family will have fun playing in the water, floating down the Lazy River, or racing down the slides. Or maybe you just want to relax in the shade while the kids play. There’s certainly something for everyone this weekend.”

Kicking off the holiday weekend, the waterpark will open at 10:30 am to 8:00 pm on Friday, July 2nd. Hawaiian Falls season passholders get entry to the waterpark 30 minutes before the general public as one of the many benefits of being a passholder.

On Saturday, July 3, Hawaiian Falls Mansfield will open at 9 am (90 minutes early) with season pass holders having access at 8:30 am. Hawaiian Falls will close to the public at

5 pm to make way for the City of Mansfield’s Independence celebration, Mansfield Rocks! The special “After Hours” ticketed event, Mansfield Rocks will feature live entertainment, premium parking at Big League Dreams, close up viewing of the fireworks, and access to the Hawaiian Falls wavepool. Tickets are very limited and must be purchased through the City of Mansfield. More information is available at MansfieldRockin.com

Hawaiian Falls Mansfield will open on Sunday, July 4th, and Monday, July 5 with extended hours from 10:30 am – 8 pm.

The whole family can enjoy daily Ohana (family) Games, led by the Hawaiian Falls Activity Director with Bubbles & Balloons on Sunday and Art Master Monday; Toss it Up Tuesday; Waimea Wednesday; and Kua Kua Games Thursday, Baller Friday, and Splashing Saturday.

The waterpark is filled with exciting attractions, including new attractions such as the Turtle Bay, which boasts five slides for younger children and a floating obstacle course.

The whole family will love all varied food options, including a Fourth of July combo meal with a hot dog, chips, drink and a slice of apple pie for only $7 (while supplies last.)  Other food options range hamburgers, hotdogs and chicken finger meals to craft pizzas. And everyone loves the Dole Whip, a swirled-pineapple soft-serve ice cream dessert. There’s also a refreshing new Slushie treat that is offered by the yard in a variety of flavors.
