Hawaiian Falls Waterparks will host movie nights at the wave pool July 11 in Mansfield featuring Toy Story 4. Then, July 18th Aladdin will be shown in Roanoke. The movies will be shown at dusk outside at the wave pool with proper social distancing. 

“Guests look forward to our in-park movies every summer,” said Ryan Forson, Managing Director for Hawaiian Falls. “This season they will look a little different due to social distancing, but we can still safely entertain families while providing a wonderful experience.” 

There is no additional charge for the movies to guests who are already in the park with either a My Island Season Pass or day pass tickets. My Island Season Passes are on sale online for $59.99 until July 6. Day passes are $26.99 online or $31.99 at the gate for guests 48 inches and taller. Guests 47 inches tall or less are $19.99 online or $24.99 at the gate. Children two years old and younger are always free. More information and tickets can be purchased at hfalls.com.

Hawaiian Falls Mansfield and Roanoke also offer active duty military and first responder discount day tickets at the gate for $20.99 with a valid ID.  Guests can also purchase a Twilight Ticket for only $16.99 for adults or children at the gate after 3 p.m.  

This summer, Hawaiian Falls has introduced Kona Cash to reduce handling cash and coins at the waterpark. Guests can purchase Kona Cash at the in-park kiosks at Hawaiian Falls Mansfield and Roanoke. Kona Cash can be uploaded onto season passes or onto one of the barcoded wristbands for easy use. Kona Cash is redeemable and it never expires. The parks will continue to accept credit and debit cards for payment as well.

Hawaiian Falls Mansfield recently opened Turtle Bay, a new family water play area with a mini-slide tower featuring a 60-gallon splash bucket, an enclosed tube slide and twin body slides to race down, plus several turtle-themed slides. The new area is designed for younger guests and their family to play together. The large pool area has a zero-depth entry, slowly sloping to a maximum depth of three feet. The play area is separated by a dividing wall from a new, adjacent floating obstacle course with a four-foot-deep pool.

Hawaiian Falls Roanoke also added a new family-centered water attraction: Coconut Cove, featuring a large pool area with two water basketball goals, and a second pool with a floating obstacle course, divided by lounge seats on a center island.
