Mustang Creek Estates is excited to become involed in the culture and community of Burleson. Their new residential assisted living and memory care community is set to open summer of 2016. Since they already feel like they’re a part of Burleson, the senior living community will be participating in the annual Burleson Christmas Parade on December 5^th, and the residents at one of their existing communties in Keller helped get the float in the holiday spirit. The seniors living in Keller wrote welcome notes and tied them to candy canes that staff members will pass out to families along the parade route. The Keller residents are thrilled to welcome the future Mustang Creek Estates of Burleson residents and wanted to write heartfelt notes introducing themselves to seniors in Burleson and share their joy. This engaging activity gives the seniors a sense of purpose and a feeling of satisfaction as they know recipients will smile and feel joy when they read the handwritten notes.
